Adding a defaulter is very easy and completely free for Transcredit registered members. The Defaulters will be exposed all over India as the Credit Information Report and defaulters list will be available to all the members across India.
Who can add a defaulter?
Businesses or MSMEs who have a valid GST registration number and only registered members of Transcredit can add a defaulter thus making it 100% genuine and 100% checked and verified
Who can you report a Defaulter
You can add all type of debtors who holding GSTN, PAN & with a ledger of the defaulter party, a certificate by the chartered accountant (CA) with UDIN number or Agreement with other required information.
How to add a defaulter?
Adding a defaulter is easy. It is completely FREE as well for the registered members. The registered members need to fill in all the required fields on the portal on the Add member section of the Transcredit portal and its done.
How are defaulters verified ?
Transcredit follows standard procedure and makes sure that the name of the defaulter is checked and verified before it is added to the list of the defaulters.

I want to give access to my sales team, but I don't want them to see all the data. Is it possible?
Yes, Transcredit user permission system lets you give limited access to any number of users you want to. You can give restricted permissions to each additional user where they can only see the data of assigned debtors.
How many companies can I add?
With Transcredit, you can add any number of companies from your Tally ERP9 license. You can open the companies in your Tally and then click on Add Companies in Trancredit Desktop application and add those companies.
